AN INNOVATIVE TRACEABILITY SYSTEM

From July 2022, the brand re-engaged with consumers with a refreshed design across the range, and with an innovative traceability system that elevates transparency and trust.

What does that mean?
Our Green Giant consumers will have the opportunity to access a full traceability map from “crop” to “can” by scanning a QR code printed on the label. Green Giant will be the first brand in its category in the UK to propose such a level of information to the consumer.

AN INITIATIVE ON WATER MANAGEMENT

From 2020 as well, Green Giant is engaged with its cooperative Euralis in piloting a new project to reduce the water consumption during the corn harvest.

THE CONCEPT: The use of satellite imagery to identify the variability of plant development and the level of soil irrigation in order to make the right decisions and adapt irrigation accordingly.
