We grow our artichokes and asparagus in Peru and Spain because the climatic conditions are particularly optimal there to harvest all the flavors of these vegetables.
This favorable weather also allows us to have a smaller ecological footprint than if we grew our artichokes in France.
Our palm hearts are grown in Costa Rica and Ecuador.
All our products are packaged in steel boxes or 100% recyclable glass jars and, to help our consumers, we display the eco-responsible logo.
